On-line Marketing training
Produced content and creative direction for the online learning program “World Class Marketing Strategy”, based on Michael Porter’s “Growth path”.
This is a extensive program consisting of 14 chapters of up to 30 minutes each.
Each chapter include a 'teaser' to quickly grab attention and give a conceptual preview of the content; a 'core concept' - a narrated and animated walkthrough of the concept of that chapter; a module to experiment with models and concepts; and a look-up module.
Virtual Training program
Created “Operating the Review Scope - A virtual training program”, an elearning course for users of the Cytyc Review Scope to detect cervical cancer. After learning about parts, features, functionality, maintenace and workflow users work on cases in a simulation replicating real life usage.
A Virtual Training program for Operating the Review Scope - a key component of the ThinPrep Imager. A CD-ROM was developed to help cytologists learn about Features and Benefits, Functionality, Workflow and Maintenance.
Exercises include a 3D model of the Review Scope, which participants can freely rotate and zoom in and out to examine the Scope and it's parts. A key part of the program is an animated demonstration of the Workflow that was then applied to a number of real life cases for practice.

TangoNet
TangoNet is a reality-based business simulation used by companies around the world, including ABB, Microsoft, Oracle, DaimlerChrysler, Hewlett Packard, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Bank West and Cap Gemini, to help advise or implement key strategic initiatives. It couples technology with learning design to simulate the real-life dilemmas facing work teams today. Participants develop a business plan and test their ability to execute it in a highly competitive simulation.
Participants are charged with identifying a clear market focused strategy and building on their company’s intangible assets (company image, employee know-how and innovation) without compromising profitability. As in real life, there is competition for key employees and customers. Participants must complete work projects on time and on budget. And they must pay attention to employee development needs. Of course, there are also the usual costs of doing business – salaries and marketing, overhead, etc.
As profits and losses are calculated each period, teams understand how their decisions affect their market position. In less than one day – 12 simulated years – participants gain valuable hands-on experience learning to balance it all.
